TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an New Zealand-regulated broker.
That last detail is relevant. It says the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. Still preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, metals, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that is a few months old, the breadth is broad.
What You Trade On
Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from a single account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both matters. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have used MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people prefer it after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but requires the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently coming. That should make the platform set when it arrives.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade requires zero deposit.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not relevant to the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.
Infrastructure
This is the thing Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.
Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, it matters less. The point is they invested in proper execution. That signals something about priorities.
Combine those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
The FSRA Question
Now, the detail that matters. Tab Trade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. But inform your assessment.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works is your call.
The Bonus
TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard sign-up bonus. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
